Protecting your warranty
In order to keep your warranty valid, you are required to provide proof of yearly maintenance service by a qualified service technician. You need to keep original receipts of the installation and purchase. Your dealer will also need the serial number and model number of your unit to submit any warranty claims. Your dealer can get assistance in filing claims by contacting his distributor who is supported by International Comfort Products Corporation (USA).
